Ernst offers shipping anywhere in the United States and Canada. All orders are shipped from our facilities in Oregon. Standard shipping takes 1-5 business days after the order is processed. Please note that business days do not include weekends and holidays. Shipping charges will be quoted before the checkout process. Orders placed online will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. *Please note that orders placed after 1 pm PST (4pm EST) will not be shipped until the following business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped until the following business days.
UPS Options
Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Ernst offers UPS Orange (3rd Business Day), UPS Blue (2nd Business Day), and UPS Red (Next Business Day) within the continental U.S. Ernst is not responsible for delays caused by UPS.

If you have an account with Ernst, simply log onto the site to check your order status by clicking the "Orders" button on the My Account page. Your orders will be listed under My Orders. For customers using Guest Checkout, simply email our Customer Service associates at to check your order status.

Your satisfaction is important to Ernst. If you need to return a product that you purchased direct from Ernst we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you. Please call 1-877-Ernst-TL (376-7885) for a Return Authorization number. Have your order number ready for quick assistance. *We do not accept returns for product purchased through our distributors. We will accept product in unaltered condition within 60 days of purchase for refund, credit or exchange. Product needs to be in resell condition for full refund. All products will be inspected at the time of return and credit will be issued to the same credit card that the original purchase was made on.
